You may request a full refund for a Single Assessment ($5) if:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
To request a refund:
We honor refund requests within the 7-day window without requiring detailed justification. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you subscribe to the Unlimited Plan ($20/month) and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment within 14 days of subscription.
After the first month, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
To cancel your Unlimited Plan:
You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you cancel mid-cycle, no prorated refund is issued for unused days. You keep access through the paid period.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
Once the refund window closes, payments are final.
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund is provided.
Attempts to obtain refunds through fraudulent means result in account termination and no refund.
We are not responsible for:
The Market Requirements Explorer and free preview scores are provided at no cost and are not subject to refunds.
If the Platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our error:
If payment is processed but your report fails to generate due to technical error:
If you are charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount):
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (USD). Currency conversion fees, if any, are not refunded.
Some payment processors (Dodo Payments, PESAPAL, Mobile Money operators) charge transaction fees. These fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from refund amounts.
If you have a payment dispute, contact us at support@gephra.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us:
If you initiate a chargeback after receiving services and your refund request was previously denied for valid reasons, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and ban your account permanently.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., service quality issues, unusual hardship), we may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our sole discretion.
Organizations purchasing assessments in bulk (trade associations, NGOs) are subject to custom refund terms outlined in their agreements.
